is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the successful delivery of residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Review project drawings and technical documents.
- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Monitor project quality, progress, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, finishing, and MEP works.
- Prepare site reports and project updates.
- Follow up on inspections, snag lists, and project handovers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Previous experience with a contracting company.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration or eligibility.
- Transferable Iqama / Valid Saudi work authorization.
- Currently residing in Riyadh.
- Valid driving license.
